Positive: Great location and lovely outdoor area for breakfast in the sunshine! The place was thoughtfully decorated and the beds were comfy too!!

Negative: No windows in the top bedroom meaning it was extremely warm! Not enough plates/bowls but loads of wine glasses? The kitchen could have a few more items for cooking / serving

Positive: Beautiful house and tastefully decorated. All the rooms were very spacious which gave my family lots of room to move around without being on top of each other. The kitchen had everything we needed for catering for ourselves. A very safe garden for the children to play in .

Negative: As our stay was in summer we found the duvets to be too hot for sleeping, they were a winter tog rating perhaps summer duvets would have been better for us . I searched for a hair dryer as stated in the details but couldn’t find one but not a problem really.

Summary: My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Positive: Lovely cottage. It’s actually bigger than I thought it would be. Well furnished, pretty, clean.

Negative: One shower leaked through the celling but it wasn’t a big deal for us and the property managers were very responsive so not really an issue.

Positive: Really well-appointed, spacious house. Fully stocked kitchen with good fridge freezer; toaster new kettle. Very quiet location but handily placed for Farnham etc. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Very clear instructions for getting there and collecting the key. People were very helpful when we needed them! We wished we’d stayed for longer.

Negative: Maybe a couple more mugs!

Summary: Lovely, quiet rural house. A great place to stay.

Positive: Beautifully decorated. Lovely spacious rooms and interesting spaces to relax. Extremely comfortable beds. The porch and enclosed garden.

Negative: No downstairs loo for older members of the family. Recycling facilities could be more clearly indicated. Other than these two minor things it was a super and extremely well-equipped. Thank-you.

Positive: Quiet rural location. Cottage 2 in particular had a good level of privacy. Easy access to A31. Close to Farnham town and train station. Good size rooms. Very comfortable sofa in the living room. Very homely feel.

Negative: Pet friendly so pet bowls would have been a bonus. Some of the kitchen utensils weren’t very good quality making cooking a bit tricky at times. The kitchen bin is broken and the kitchen table was wobbly.
