Positive: The Oak Stall has been restored beautifully. It was immaculately presented with everything we could possibly need and set in lovely grounds with amazing views of the countryside. The cake left for our arrival was a nice touch and the hosts made us feel very welcome. Will definitely go back.

Positive: lovely clean property in beautiful location with everything you need. Hosts very helpful and friendly, lovely lakeside walk and field for my dog. beautiful Christmas decorations to welcome us. Great wood burning stove, although cottage very warm anyway. Delicious homemade welcome cake and Prosecco, really recommend, have to be very picky to find faults.

Negative: If I have to be picky! Towels quite small, I’m not a small person, but not huge either, could do with bath sheets. WiFi caused problems, kept having to reset, but this is rural Devon so not a surprise. the bedrooms are quite small, but definitely the positives hugely outweigh any negatives.
