Summary: We stayed here for 3 nights while we were on Jersey and this was just what we wanted. The staff we very friendly and very helpful and we would stay here again if on the Island.

Summary: The Hotel is traditional or conventional in its provision of services provided- not flash nor dowdy. Suits a mature clientele though there are steps within the building requiring consideration by anybody with mobility issues. Pleasant enough stay for a brief get away holiday or break.

Summary: Had a lovely few days with an amazing breakfast. Room decor could be updated. Chip paper!! Counted 50 stairs up to our room. No lift!!

Summary: Arrived in the afternoon, room was clean, staff were polite and friendly. It was a very hot afternoon, we requested a fan as room was stuffy, a fan was provided and used for the duration of our stay. In the evening there was entertainment in the downstairs lounge. Meals were good, breakfast was buffet style, always hot and fresh. Minor drawbacks - lots of steps to the upper floors and no lift to the front part of the hotel and no air conditioning to the bed rooms.

Summary: The staff were all very helpful, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good. Was great to have a a restaurant and bar on site. Our room was clean and good size, could do with a few hooks to hang coats, towels etc. Bed and pillows not that comfortable.

Summary: The staff were amazing. Rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast had a great selection. The room was a little dated but comfy bed and clean too. I would definitely go back.
