Positive: Homemade whipped cream was excellent. Beautiful house. Amazing sheets and bed. Nice other guests. Nice accommodation of my late arrival. Nice chocolates, door open, and lights on for my arrival at my room. Good reading material provided in the Library Suite (magazines especially).

Negative: No cheese on my scrambled eggs and minimal meat at breakfast. No interaction with the hosts. Had to call three times to get through to try to make and then to confirm booking after booking online. Spiderwebs above head of bed on window trim. Unclear how much of the house I could tour. Back yard view a little untidy. Two too many notes in the bathroom.

Summary: Not quite luxury.
