Summary: Hotel is in desperate need of upgrades, but staff is really nice and accommodating. Floors were uneven. Building did not feel architecturally safe. Nice place, just needs to update

Summary: I had to check in a little late, staff was very proactive in making sure I could get to my room. I was even able to squeeze in last call at the bar and enjoy a great conversation with the bartending crew.

Summary: Wonderful stay. Staff are so kind and helpful. We enjoyed the Elms bar, the complimentary tea, coffee, danish, and apple in the morning. Easy distance to Ragged Mountain for skiing.

Summary: I stayed at the New London Inn for two nights while my daughter was on a college visit. I had a wonderful visit at the Inn. The service was fantastic. I had a very late check in planned for after the staff was gone for the evening (11:30 pm). General manager happened to have stayed late and saw me in the parking lot. He carried my luggage up to the third floor for me. Every staff member I met was very friendly and helpful. The front desk has an assortment of cookies, water and sodas at no charge and in the morning, there is a small selection of pastries. I booked a third floor room with a queen bed and sofa. The room was adorable with plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms don't have refrigerators, but the glass stoppered bottle filled with water was a nice touch. The Elms restaurant was excellent and has a great atmosphere. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely stay at the New London Inn.

Summary: I liked the décore in the lobby and the two fireplaces, so cozy. The restaurant was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, the staff carried my suitcase up to the room, and they were very friendly.

Summary: The Inn is historic, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our room was clean and pleasant. We enjoyed specialty cocktails while chatting with a friendly bartender about the Inn and the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. In the morning we enjoyed pastries and coffee in a gallery sitting room. Lovely stay.
