Summary: The staff was so helpful and willing to help out with my change in reservation. I was greeted with champagne, offered assistance to my room and scones when I left. The room was comfortable, the view fantastic and the price right.

Summary: We loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived we had a unique experience. Lots of good info from the staff. The rooms and hotel have great touches that add to the stay. Lighting, art work, tiling etc were well thought out and showed craftsmanship.
