Summary: Long Sands beach was an easy walk from the property. There was plenty of room to accomodate my 7 adult children, 2 with spouses, boyfriend, and a16 and 4yr old. This was a quality home with outdoor lounging areas, and plenty of parking. Thank you for sharing it with our family.

Summary: We had a fabulous week in York with our group of 8, in large part due to our stay in this beautiful home. The house is perfectly situated between York’s major attractions-a short walk to Long Sands and restaurants like Stone’s Throw, and less than a mile to Nubble Lighthouse or Short Sands shopping area. The house was incredibly clean, with brand new finishes throughout and plenty of room for kids or adults to spread out and relax. We loved sitting on the Adirondack chairs on the front patio and enjoying happy hour after a day at the beach. Stephanie was a very communicative host and clearly takes pride in her home and duties as a hostess. We would absolutely recommend for a great summer vacation!

Summary: The pictures that they post do not show its true beauty. The parking situation is great we were able to fit 7 cars easily (1 pickup and 1 SUV included in those 7). It is fully renovated and had tons of space for everyone to stay. The house was inviting, clean and cozy. Perfect after a long day exploring. The only issues we had was that there weren't any dressers so we had to live out of our bags/suitcase. I didn't mind too much but, you have babies or smaller children you may find it to be a little difficult. Also, the sprinkler system going off at 5am and 5pm made the side yard muddy so we weren't able to use it to play yard games. Even with those minor inconveniences this is by far one of the best rentals I have been to.
