Positive: The property was furnished and equipped to a really high standard. It was perfect for multiple visits to RSPB Bempton Cliffs at different times of the day.
Negative: It would have been really helpful to have an information folder. The only information was for the hot tub which we didn’t use. Advance notice of how to open and close the front door would have been helpful. Once we understood how to do it, it was very straight forward. However it was stressful having to work it out on arrival. Please note that the key was bent when we took it out of the key lock box. On leaving the property it was quite difficult closing the front door. Had it swelled in the heat? We did manage to close it without forcing it, and it locked easily. The velux blind in the bedroom was open when we arrived. We used the remote to close it - however the functioning of it wasn’t smooth and the blind appeared crinkled from previous use?
Summary: A lovely stay in high quality accommodation. Having the additional in for action would have made it a 10/10 stay

Positive: This cottage looks like it's just been decorated very tastefully and with care. When we walked in the hallway was beautifully scented and very welcoming. The lounge had a tv and it was linked to Sky which was a nice touch several rooms had vaulted ceilings and this made the rooms feel very spacious We didn't use the hot tub because of the weather but because of its location it was literally 5 mins from Bempton cliffs RSPB which was perfect for us
Negative: Nothing really except the shower wasn't as powerful as it could be which is just a minor point
Summary: A really lovely cottage one that we hope to use on a return visit .... thanks 👍
