Positive: Gorgeous apartment, plenty of space for a group in a brilliant location. Very clean and had everything we needed, great communication from the host.

Negative: Whilst the booking does say free parking there is only one free on street parking space and if that is taken the rest of the street is permitted.

Negative: Bad mouldy smell in bathroom Visible mould Furniture in various states of disrepair Toilet did not flush properly We were told mid stay a trusted plumber would carry out repairs. The plumber thought we were the owners and had not been at the property previously

Positive: The Nest of Forest Hill is a wonderful place to stay! Our host Sasha was very helpful and ready to answer quickly to all our questions. The apartment is in a safe complex, large and equipped with everything for a long stay- we spent 6 nights and were feeling at home, the beds are very comfortable. The location is very good for London- it is in 3 zone, close to the station Forest hill of Windrush line, and close to a stop of bus 185 which goes to Victoria. So it is easy to explore London!. At a short distance, only five minutes walk, there is a big supermarket. That is why i strongly recommend The Nest of Forest Hill!

Positive: The apartment was really spacious with everything that we needed. It is in a quiet & secure location with free parking very close by. We very much appreciated the welcome note, bottle of wine & snacks. The beds were super comfortable & it was lovely to have a big sofa to sit on! The train station was just round the corner so really convenient to go & explore London. Sacha was a great host & couldn’t have been more helpful before & throughout our stay.

Negative: Nothing!
