Positive: Location. Beds were comfortable. House was a nice size. Deck is very nice. Great floor plan. It was very nice to have linens and paper products supplied. Coffee maker is great. Grocery store is close.

Negative: House could be fantastic if it was better maintained. Walls and woodwork need cleaning and painting, especially in the bathrooms. Shower curtains need to be replaced. Pillows need replacing. It smells of smoke when you walk in, which is sad since there is a no smoking policy.

Summary: Good house, needs a little work.

Positive: We booked the house for our daughter's 2 day graduation from VCU instead of driving back and forth an hour. The house was a great size for our party of 6. It was a lovely touch to have 3 bath towels per sleeping spot. That you don't find very often. James kept in touch throughout the weekend and assured us that if there was anything we needed, he would take care of it.

Positive: Nice and clean house. The grocery store was close by. The highway access was great. Over all very comfortable stay we had. It had enough parking for 2-3 cars. The decor was really good. Owner left some goodies for us to share.

Positive: Everything that you could need was readily available from the entrance through out the ENTIRE HOUSE!!

Negative: I didn't dislike anything but would recommend TV in all the bedrooms, not that it was a problem because we needed the rest, but for those who like to sleep with the TV on it would have been a plus for sure. 😊
