Summary: ere is a draft for a highly critical, realistic online review based on those specific complaints: ★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay — Unwelcoming Staff and Tired Facilities I rarely write negative reviews, but our recent stay at the Naviti Resort was deeply disappointing, especially given the cost. The biggest letdown by far was the service. We chose Fiji expecting the warm, world-famous hospitality the islands are known for, but instead, we were met with a generally cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff on arrival were dismissive and unhelpful when we had a minor billing discrepancy, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Throughout the week, the staff at the buffet and bar areas seemed entirely unbothered and exhausted, getting a simple drink order or assistance felt like pulling teeth. When it rained there is nowhere to shelter other than your room. Overall, the lack of effort from the team and the poor state of the resort made this a stressful trip rather than a relaxing vacation. We will not be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere on the Coral Coast.

Summary: Great hotel , it would have been better if they had more pools and more bars. This is a definitely more family oriented and relaxing hotel. Don’t come here if you want a night life. Staff were kind and helpful. And definitely don’t forget to get water bottles and mosquitoes repellent.

Summary: Staff were amazing. My son fell sick on the first day and vomited over the sheets. The staff changed them 7 times in two days all with smiles and empathy towards what is happening. Food was delicious and bed was comfortable

Summary: The bar staff and pool excellent for a cool dip. Very helpful and friendly staff for meals and room service. We found it to be a great a great family getaway. The grounds were well kept and maintained, with alot of fun to be had. A few drinks and a great game of golf. Walked up the beach to find white coral sand beaches with great snorkeling in the reef. Very safe

Summary: Amazing location , the staff was extraordinary and made out trip one of the best we stayed at about 4 to 5 5 star resorts over the duration of our stay and not a single one of them could match the level of comfort and friendliness of the staff at the Naviti . The food was fantastic , rooms were clean alongside all of the facilities. They offer a good amount of things to do . But the staff really made us feel like family to the point we were sad to leave them . 10/10 resort the only downside we had was trying to swim in the ocean of the beach at the resort. There is alot of seaweed and the water can be a bit murky due to the sediments and seaweed , it however is swimable and very warm .

Summary: The room, restaurant, and beach was awesome. Pool bar was nice too but it was weird to have kids section there. Now the staffs 🙄 they are nice but they.need to smile to all their guests and not pick and choose. They need to set their tone
