Positive: We had breakfast at the hotel both mornings, and thought this was great. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating of our requests.

Negative: Nothing in particular; think the food menu can be expanded to include some more options. The desert menu did not have any cake option.

A special thanks to Chris - he made our stay memorable - his warm smiles, genuine conversations, and the little thoughtful gestures that make guests feel at home. From the housekeeping team who quietly ensure every detail is just right, to the chefs who prepare meals with pride, to the ones that serve the meal - not forgetting our activity guide. They all created an atmosphere that feels personal, not transactional. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail made it meaningful. I'll definitely return to Maui Palms - thanks to Chris, Aku, Liti and tbe rest of the staff - the amazing chef and the beautiful ladies 💓

Positive: The staff were very friendly and pleasant throughout our time especially Chris. He'd keep us informed everyday and nothing was too much trouble for them. Maui palms was lovely and especially the surrounding reefs. We loved chilling out by the beach overlooking the reefs most days and a choice of two pools. Drinks were great and the food to a very high standard. Credits due to you guys for looking after us!

Negative: Closes early at night as the staff leave to go home which is understandable, but be prepared to have eaten.

Positive: The first thing that stood out for us were the staff at this resort who are exceptional. Special shout out to Chris, Liti, Aku & Matai. The room was beachfront and poolside so very pleasant and the general surroundings of the resort where lovely. The pool and surrounds were great and kept spotlessly clean.

Negative: Although the room compendium says that rooms were serviced daily, this did not occur and I had to request that this be done and that towels were refreshed. I think there may have been a staffing shortage at the time of our visit. The owner of the resort sits in the restaurant everyday doing his business on his laptop and phone but does not make any effort to interact with guests which I think would have been a nice gesture.

Positive: The snorkelling was exceptional, I've never seen so many fish and as much coral at any other resort in Fiji and rhey let you know the best times of day to snorkel. The staff were lovely and went the extra mile. The activities coordinator was great. The room was lovely, elegant and spacious, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing. We loved the food and they catered to a gluten-free requirement well.

Positive: The staff were outstanding. The respect for manager Chris was huge. Nothing was a problem. Lovely people.

Negative: Some prearranged arrangements had been overlooked. My understanding was lack of communication from the owner to the manager. The manager went to the end of the earth to rectify our requests.
