Summary: House wad terrific. Just as advertised. It was very warm in July and the air conditioning worked spectacularly to keep the house cool. It’s extremely secluded and quiet. A break from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Several pretty good restaurants within 20 minute drive. Dinner at the Glenn Iris Inn located in Letchworth State Park was outstanding! The electric coded front door lock was fussy and tricky. 4- digit code - Unlocking was easy, but locking was very difficult. We would return.
