Positive: The House gave us everything we needed as a group of friends coming together to celebrate my 70th birthday, and doing the things we usually do together regularly, as awalking group and eating out. A room each for comfort, privacy, space for ourselves to read and relax. Eating good food locally and having the facilities to cook for each other, play games, sit by the fire, and enjoy each others company and the easily accessible hospitality of local pubs and restaurants within walking distance who with advance notice accommodated our requirements with high end vegetarian and Halal requests. we all give 5/5 and want to return and would recommend to friends and respective families. Thank you very much Helen xx

Positive: Wonderful house high on the hill, spacious, clean and very comfortable. We loved the games rooms and all the extras, and the two reception rooms. The location is great for exploring Exmoor, and Dulverton itself is a lovely village with beautiful woodland walks on its doorstep. The host was friendly and helpful, and easily contactable by phone. We would definitely go back.

Negative: Blackout blinds or lining in the front bedrooms would be a good idea as the curtains let the light in very early. Be prepared for the steep drive up to the house, but worth it for the position and the views once you get up there!
