Summary: Such a lovely place to stay, not too far from Notre Dame (25 mins or so. About 20 from airport). Very tasteful, comfortable, beautiful location, wonderful service, quiet. Big, well decorated rooms. We’ve been here twice and we were pleased both times!

Summary: They room was very nice. Clean with upgrades and decorated with ferrier decor, very clever. We enjoyed the deck and the view. We also walked on the drive back to the River house. It was getting late so we did not walk the trails, but we saw deer and one fearless fawn! We decided when we come back, we will try the River house, since it is in the woods and we would be more likely to walk the trails. Our only complaint is the room was cold and we did no figure out how to raise the temperature. I highly recommend the Morris Estate.

Summary: We stayed at the River House at the Morris Estate for three nights with friends. It’s an amazing place and was absolutely gorgeous. It is a hidden gem in Niles, Michigan. We had a beautiful, clean suite overlooking the river. We spent lots of time at the outside fire pit and the fireplace inside and also walked the many trails on the estate. The breakfasts were delicious and every employee we met was kind, friendly and informative. We plan to return next year!
