Positive: Location right in the heart of Newcastle. Short walks to everything. Host Marlon went above and beyond to help. Acommodation excellent with everything and more needed. Nice and quiet. Will definately stay here again.

Negative: Wish we could have stayed longer.

Positive: Amazing location, nice comfortable flat and lovely and warm too. Well provisioned for the things needed for a short city break, including tea, coffee etc.

Negative: Tip for those staying - ensure the bottom immersion heater is turned on when you arrive. We forgot to turn it on (despite the person who met us saying to do so!) and ended up with no hot water on Saturday morning! Whoops!

Positive: Host is very responsive. Helped us settle in and answered questions almost immediately. Very near to shopping area and train station was walking distance as well.

Negative: We were not used to having rooms below and kitchen & living rooms upstairs. The heater wasnt working well and the water heater had some minor issues as well. We were there during winter and not having a proper heater was an issue.

Negative: Too cold in the bed rooms. Need more heaters. The door handles are slippery and difficult to use. Should have shower doors in the bed rooms
