Positive: Location was wonderful, staff was friendly, room was very clean and facility was nice. The furniture in the room was comfortable and the beds were nice and soft. The view of the sunset from the beach patio was beautiful.

Negative: Parking was limited and not designated per room. Lounge chairs in sand area were shabby and need replacing. The window in the bedroom didnt have a screen, so we couldn’t open the window to get the ventilation without bugs flying in. It was pretty hot a few days and the bedroom needed the window open to keep cool.

Summary: We had a great stay, highly recommend

Positive: Our "house" was convenient for 3 generation family including a 1 and 3 year old. The beach and harbor are both beautiful, as it has been for me for over sixty years.

Negative: The main king bedroom could use blackout curtains, the south windows were a 6;00AM wake up call!

Summary: The upgrades are wonderful, the property is easy to navigate.
