Positive: The staff was nice. The location is nearby the convenience store, so it’s easy to access food late at night. Also, the facilities are comfortable. There is an elevator for moving the heavy luggage or supporting disability.

Negative: The bathtub's drain system was broken in my room. I need to call the maid to help to drain the water. Also, the blanket is too warm for us even when we turn the air conditioner to 16 degrees, but it does not help.

Summary: Must stay. This place is underated.

Negative: There was no breakfast served, which is a Patty. There is a 7/11 nearby but did not find a nice breakfast spot nearby.

Positive: Location was fantastic, facilities were great, and staff were very helpful. Snacks and drinks were also replenished daily. WiFi was quite strong.

Negative: No lift service, toilet didn't smell fresh on some days and shower screen wasn't sealed well, and the bath tub plug didn't work well, noise insulation not the best

Positive: One of my favorite stays in Thailand in Kanchanburi. It was within close proximity to the Bridge on the River Kwai and the night markets. My son loved the facilities and we love the focus on the children. They have indoor and great outdoor play with a beautiful pool and garden to enjoy. The rooms are airy and beautifully and aesthetically decorated. Loved the little kitchenette with all the tea and coffee facilities and cookies. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kanchanburi. Even the 7/11 is just around the corner.
