Summary: I recently stayed at The Mira Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally nice and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. However, I did encounter one issue that was disappointing. The body lotion provided in our room had hair inside it, which was quite off-putting. For a 5-star hotel, I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. It's unfortunate, as it detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay. I hope they address this in the future, as I would love to return.

Summary: From the first time we walked into the door, the staff seemed professional and well trained. The room was fantastic with a great selection of channels in English. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower was awesome. The complimentary buffet was great.
