Positive: A beautiful, quiet spot 200 yards from a lovely pub with great food. The room/suite was spacious and clean, with lovely country and garden views. Michael was charming; very welcoming and helpful. I spent a sunny hour in the garden, a beautiful English country garden which extended across the meadow, with its inquisitive sheep. The English breakfast was nicely cooked a presented.

Negative: The decor is old fashioned and a little tired - but that's part of the timeless charm.

Positive: The setting on which the property sat is exquisite with a stream running right in front with access gained by walking across a mini bridge. Our room was perfect. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was spot on and Michael, the owner, was delighted. He was friendly, welcoming and spent time talking about the history of The Mill House, which has been a bed and breakfast since 1960 when Michael's late mother started the business. We can't wait to come back again.
