Positive: A superb location within easy reach of all areas of interest. Breakfast was served each morning on a "help yourself" basis which gave everyone the freedom to enjoy a leisurely meal at their own pace. The suite we had was superb with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms which prevented waiting to use them. The second bedroom was large and ideal for our daughter. The gardens were large and had walks available along the nearby river. Hosts were friendly and helpful without intruding.
Negative: Everything was excellent and there was nothing that could have been improved.
Summary: A very pleasant and enjoyable stay with hosts who were helpful without intruding.

Positive: The Mill House is an absolutely stunning place, set in beautiful grounds, which you can explore or even just sit and relax in. The moment I arrived there I had the warmest of welcomes from the hosts, Robert and KC, they over the four days I stayed could not have done enough for me, nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen, dining room, sitting room are stunning, exceptional. The River Room is the room I stayed in, it was beautifully decorated, the bed was probably the comfiest ive ever slept in, the bedding was immaculate, the attention to detail was first class., there are patio doors which lead out to the balcony which has table and chairs, this overlooks the gardens. The bathroom is enormous with a bath and shower over it, the underfloor heating is an added bonus. Towels are of a very high quality, robes are also provided, as are body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and not just the tiny little sachet ones, even the loo roll is quality stuff. The hairdryer is really powerful. Tea tray also provided. Television provided. Breakfast was healthy options, fresh fruits, yoghurts, juices, cereal, croissants, breads, cheeses and every preserve you could possibly think of. Tea and coffee too. Honestly I can not recommend The Mill House enough, if I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would.
Negative: After thinking long and hard, there isnt a single negative I could think of, the place is perfect.

Positive: Friendly informative owners, always available to assist with enquires concerning my stay and Isle of Man tourist information . Very clean and tidy premises and gardens. Good breakfasts and an abundance of home cooked cakes and fruit for day time treats.

Positive: Exceptional in every way. The hosts went above and beyond to facilitate us as a family of 14. Age 2 - 80. They delivered far beyond our expectations in every way. The house and “ stables” are the perfect place for everyone to get together. The fact that it felt like home for 3 generations and everyone felt completely relaxed and entirely welcome is difficult to achieve but Robert and KC have genuinely achieved this and then some! I could not recommend highly enough. Thankyou so much.
Negative: Nothing - Robert & KC are incredibly generous hosts and everything about the accommodation and its setting are stunning. The photos cannot do justice to the ambiance. Beautiful 7 ⭐

Negative: I am 5ft 9 and the twin room had lovely beds that were super comfy with a foot and head board and my feet kept touching the foot board base didn’t cause me any major issues but would have been nice to stretch out fully

Positive: Great location, good for touring around but just far enough off the beaten track to be quiet and peaceful. Maybe could do with a bigger sign at the end of drive as it's easy to miss. Breakfasts were continental help yourself and were good.
Negative: Only thing that comes to mind is the shower, being electric, the flow wasn't great but that's being a bit picky
