Summary: Nice old fashioned mill in the countryside. Lovely staff. Room was basic but clean. Wifi free but spotty. Our room was directly over the bar so quite noisy at times with people coming and going to other rooms. Did quiet down around 10.30 both nights. Shower good. Bed ok. Best thing about our stay was the food. It was amazing. Breakfast was really good quality. We did the steak night for £15. Was best meal we had in cornwall. The steak was lovely and the chips were delicious. Location was 10 minutes drive to tintagel down a very very narrow windy road. Would hate to do in the dark. Pleasant staff.

Summary: Some of the staff were great, unfortunately the youngsters on the bar in the evening were not. Having spoken with the management the following morning they apologised and said changes will be made. The room was fine, apart from the cleanliness which needs to be improved.

Summary: We have stayed here many times over the past ten years. There has been quite a gap between our last stay and this. It is a very relaxing place to stay . The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good , and the bed very comfortable.

Summary: It's a great place to go to relax, you have the cove about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. The staff are great very helpful, the breakfast is great and the evening meals are great too, the room was clean the one I stayed in, the bar is good too the beer is local as well just up the road to we're the mill is.

Summary: Staff friendly and helpful. No true amenities. Two small bottles of a "bath/soap" liquid" in bathroom. Windows in both room and bathroom in room had tree leaves, branches coming in side and difficult to shut without moving the branches out of way . Mattresses were in need of updating were lumpy and and very uncomfortable. Outlet for plugging in phone was completely covered by bed and could not move bed in anyway to reach the outlet. A lovely site. The house is old but charming, food and staff outstanding. The history behind the house is very interesting. I would recommend updating maintenance, linens, and mattresses, maintaining the charm of place but giving it a "refresh".

Summary: Quirky old building with low ceilings and original features. Unfortunately looking a bit tired and our bed had a broken slat in the middle making it pretty uncomfortable. Breakfasts and check in was great just needs new furniture. Also very close to Trebarwith strand, just check for low tide!!
