Positive: Location next to metro. Beds were comfortable. Decent breakfast.

Negative: A presidential suite with NO MIRRORS at all. AC doesnt work. House keeping needs training. Its so very noisy road traffic, one can hardly sleep. They should install soundproof window panels. No bar facility or pool but their tariff is very high, not justifiable

Positive: We had a wonderful stay and were delighted to find we had been upgraded to a suite with 2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room and kitchen all of which were spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds.

Negative: The hotel is still being built and brought together as such there were several facilities that weren't open for our stay.

Positive: Excellence in hotel facilities, location-walking distance to Lotus Temple, warm and hospitable staff, delicious buffet breakfast and efficient room service. Imran, the hotel manager gave us an upgrade of our room-what a big bday surprise, Jyoti was a lovely lady in housekeeping who helped me style my saree, Meenu, Mercy and Sonu who served us our meals and always ready with a greeting and smile whenever we ate at their Bay Leaf restaurant. I highly recommend a stay at The Meriton when you visit India.
