Summary: Two things: 1. The bed and bathroom were fine. But the deadbolt on my room door (#515) activated every time I opened the door which made the door impossible to close. Make sure your maintenance people fix this problem. 2. The music in the lobby was so uncomfortably loud on Thursday night that my wife and I had to wait for our ride outside. Had I anticipated these two problems I would have booked a room at another hotel.

Summary: The service was a let down. No one helped us on arrival or departure. At check in they didn’t take the time to go over anything with us or even welcome us to the property. No coffee makers and room service is astronomical for a cup of coffee.

Summary: We’ve made it a point to book the MC Autograph any time we have a concert at the Wellmont right around the corner. Overnight valet parking is reasonable, the rooms are always well stocked and clean, and the overall vibe is nice. Will be back 😊
