Negative: The staff is asking for 25k just to take pictures of ourselves, we did not ask for a service we just wanted to make sure it was ok to take pictures and they proceeded to sale me a package starting at 25k only to take pictures ourself, can't share photos as I don't want to be billed for it

Positive: The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Negative: There was not hand or face towels.The supply only 1 toilet paper and it wasn't enough. The balcony was dirty. You expect from a hotel near the airport to give a complimentary transfer but instead they ask for a ride of 4 minutes 150 php per pax. The breakfast was poor

Negative: Our room were reserved via booking.com but when we were there the reception said that its not that big so we were asked to upgrade it and so we did but we added a fee again..so its like a cost of 2rooms...we were askinf if an additional bed would be added but instead an upgrade plus a cost of an another bed 3200 was added ro the initial 3k plua reservartion.
