The spacious, single-level interior features a bright, open floor plan for comfortable indoor gatherings. The updated kitchen boasts all new cabinets, counters, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy home meal planning. There's also a countertop ice maker for added convenience. Morning brew options include a traditional drip coffee maker and a Nespresso pod machine. In the evenings in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located in the main section of the house. Summary: We booked with the idea we could check in ealey( I have proof from an email upon booking) stating that it would be no problem but as we were coming from over 10 hours away and was uncertain of our arrival. But were lied to and had to wait until 4. Other than that stay was great, but there were dirty dishes and there was no hand soap. Overall location and house was super great and we loved it. We will say WiFi wasn’t great but totally okay.

Summary: The house is lovely, pictures don't mislead even though some of the decorating has evolved a bit. You enter into an enclosed porch (which was a bit warm and humid) and two bedrooms and one bath are off that hallway, so we were worried that those rooms would be warmer but they were fine. We had a big rainstorm our last night there and some water did seep under the door, so that enclosed porch is not airtight. I do want to warn any future tenants that although the house description says it has four parking spots, and although the picture they send you shows two cars in front of the enclosed garden area and one car closer to the house (in front of where the trash and recycling are), that the two cars in the picture (orange bus and white care) can get $60 tickets from Dewey Beach if you don't pay for parking with ParkMobile, or use a parking pass (there was only one in the house). If it weren't for the parking confusion (and the insane two hour-long "who's on first" runaround that I've just gotten with Vacasa "customer services") the house would've gotten 5 stars.

Summary: After a graduating from a rigorous nursing program several of my classmates needed a little rest, relaxation and celebration. This house provided ALL of that. It is perfectly located super easy walk to the beach and into town. As a bunch of girls we appreciated how adorable the home was decorated and how perfect the set up was for all of us. The home is more than well equiped with all the beach necessities we could not have been happier. We have decided to make it a early tradition and book again next year!

Summary: The house is spacious, gracious, and welcoming. Well-equipped big kitchen made meals a breeze, and we loved how the separate living and conversation areas gave us space to be together or have quiet time apart. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms let us rest and relax. Short walk to the beach, and the extra beach chairs and bikes were great.

Summary: I rented this for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We were able to comfortably fit her and her friends. They could walk to the beach and downtown Dewey. The house was clean and well equipped for our group. Had a great weekend. The hot tub didn’t have water which was a bummer.

Summary: This house is great! Way bigger than it looks in the photos. Check in was simple, everything was clean and plenty of space for 8 of us for a girls weekend. The bikes were a nice touch and we were in walking distance to everything. The only things to mention: there's no book with all the property info which would be helpful; the sunroof half of the house is a little cooler than the other; and the hot tub could use some maintenance. Otherwise it was wonderful and everyone commented how it was one of their favorite rentals ever! Thanks for letting us stay here for the long weekend.
