Positive: My hosts, John and Anne were as friendly and helpful as ever. The room was very comfortable, with a few luxurious touches. Most importantly, for me, was that it was very quiet.

Positive: It was beautiful! One of the nicest bnbs we’ve ever stayed in - lovingly restored throughout but very comfortable. Anne &John were wonderful hosts - friendly and relaxed and the breakfast was superb (best poached eggs we’ve had for a long while!). This is a definite ‘keeper’ next time we need somewhere to stay in Eastbourne.

Positive: A Period Property decorated tastefully. Our room also in fact the whole of the accommodation was everything one could ask for. Exceptionally Clean . Our wonderful hosts John & Annie could not have made us more welcome. Our exceptional breakfast with home made preserves /muesli /granola. Plus a cook breakfast again was everything one could ask for. So much so we have already booked to return in 2025.

Negative: There was not anything we did not like and we have absolutely no complaints

Positive: This property is in a great location - close enough to walk into the city of Eastbourne, and restaurants/cafes, but in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The room we had was a generous size and it was well equipped. There was a good selection for breakfast and it was beautifully presented. The hosts were friendly and very helpful with suggestions of things to see and do in the area.

Negative: The water pressure in the shower wan’t great, but is was OK.

Summary: Great place to stay in Eastbourne.
