Positive: Very charming. Well designed. Great location. Took the bikes to the beach. Can walk into East Hampton. Great to have a living room and dining area in the main part of the Inn. Used several times. Beautiful view of windmill and cemetery. AC works well.

Negative: I know it’s a high demand location, but the cost is quite a bit considering the noise level of an old Inn right on the road, and that they are still doing small renovations. There was basically no place to put cosmetics and toiletries in the bathroom, although a staff person brought me a tiny table when I mentioned it.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay!

Positive: Beautiful hotel. The rooms are cozy and charming. The bar is festive, loved sitting by the fireplace for drinks.

Negative: Unfortunately between the road noise out front and the bar downstairs being loud until past midweek didn’t sleep that well. Next time we’ll request a room on a higher floor and farther back from the street.

Negative: Not really a complaint because we didn’t expect the bikes to be free to ride, but they are rusty and tarnished by weather. Still rideable and very happy that they were included in the stay.

Negative: The bathrooms were very dark with no counter space for toiletries and it needs a magnified light up makeup mirror
