Positive: Location was great, right near a variety of pubs, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, parking, and the apartment came with the added bonus of the balcony which gave such a lovely view of the church/cathedral. The apartment was so clean and designed beautifully. The beds were so comfortable and both rooms had tvs in too. The TVs had various apps on…thank you, and the host’s communication was superb! The whole apartment block was very clean and quiet…no distractions from guests in the other apartments.

Negative: The communal stairs leading to the apartment weren’t completely safe..a few trip hazards. The pin on the lock box was very fiddly and took us about ten minutes to actually retrieve the keys…not great when it’s raining. The main bedroom overlooks the Main Street so consider this as I was woken up at 5am with the bins being collected. No coffee pods were available for the machine for my morning unfortunately (only the milk pods for latte). The sofa was very precarious…I avoided sitting on it as it felt like it was going to cave in, it wasn’t very sturdy and probably needs replacing as it feels like it’s on its last legs and would hate it if it did break while having guests…it would be quite stressful for them to think that they potentially may need to replace it.

Summary: Lovely place to stay but for £174 for one night, I would have expected there to be at least coffee

Positive: Beautiful apartment, central location, helpful host. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

Negative: Sofa was not the most comfortable and long flight of stairs - but these were minor niggles and did not detract from a great weekend.

Negative: The wire going across the landing and that they were quite a few steps to get to the apartment.

Summary: Great stay, clean, comfortable and ideal location. Couple of things that could be better but didn’t affect our stay.

Positive: Fantastic location and a lovely little apartment with everything we needed. The roof terrace balcony was a little treat!

Negative: A technical issue meant we didn't get the lockbox code in advance, but the owner answered our call and stayed on the line until we safely were in. Lots of stairs to climb but we didn't have tons of luggage so it wasn't an issue for us, but worth being aware of if you have accessibility needs.

Positive: The property was very spacious and had everything we needed.

Negative: Building works on the bottom floor was very very noisy, didn’t stop work until late Friday night and started work at 6 Saturday morning, completely spoilt our stay. Should have been informed of massive building works was being done.

Positive: Great location for Nottingham city centre. A fairly spacious apartment which was good value for money.

Negative: The sofa was very uncomfortable. There are a lot of stairs to the flat, which was fine for our group but may be an issue for some (there is no lift).
