Located at Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins, this Cabin is setup and ready to use upon arrival. We own and manage the park along with the Cabin and we have an onsite staff for anything needed, just like a hotel.
Located 40 minutes northeast of Durango, CO, Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins is a quiet, full amenity campground in The Vallecito Lake Community. Our park is nestled in The San Juan National Forest and backs up to the mountains. The park is a short drive to Vallecito Lake and surrounded by great hiking trails and outdoor activities. Our amenities include a dining hall for group events, game room with parlor games (pool tables, air hockey, darts), basketball court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, and a great outdoor pavilion. We offer multiple cabins, park apartments, and pre-setup RV's for rent. We are a perfect launching point for endless outdoor fun with amenities to keep you and your kids busy when back at the park.
A personal gas grill, picnic table, and firepit are setup outside your cabin for the optimal camping experience!

This rental includes:
• 1 king bed in main room..
• All bedding and towels are provided
• Bath soap, shampoo, and dish soap are provided
• Fully stocked kitchen to cook your own meals which includes basic cookware, flatware, dishes & glassware.
• Free Cable TV. Free Wifi sufficient for email, zoom calls and social media. Streaming can be a challenge when the park is busy.

• Full Bathroom. (RV Park also has Communal Bathrooms w/additional showers if needed.)

• Park quiet hours of 9pm-7am is enforced
• No smoking, no bikes inside
• Not required, but we kindly ask you to remove shoes while in the rental, particularly in carpeted areas
• No more than two licensed vehicles of any type are permitted per site.

Summary: Small cabin with queen bed I booked for me and my dog. It was perfect. Everything one needs with kitchenette, room, even with private propane grill outside, manicured grass and porch flower box. I will definitely book here again. Office personnel delightful also.

Summary: This is located in a canyon area near Vallecito reservoir and the area is stunning! We stayed here while riding the Durango Silverton train and the beauty was worth the extra miles. The location was quiet, the cabin immaculate and had every amenity needed. I will gladly stay here again!
