Positive: I actually like the home itself. It was very roomy and plenty of space. The peach room was my favorite part house.

Negative: I didn't like the fact that we couldn't control the thermostat. We were only able to turn the heat up to 73. The weather was in the 20s. Over in the night, the heat went out. So we barely got to sleep. We had to turn the oven on so the house could heat up.

Positive: We came up for a football game, so the location was perfect. We walked to Churchill Downs and then to the stadium. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have really good water pressure. We'll definitely book again in the future, and you can't beat the price!

Negative: I think our only complaint was that the half bath in the laundry room was very cold since it was in the 40s at night.

Positive: Location!! Cute house. We have some dislikes but over all great place.

Negative: Unable to locked back door. We had to person getting vehicle out of the garage to pull around to the front of the house so we could lock the screen door. Dishwasher doesn’t work properly.

Summary: Our stay was during Hurricane Helene. It was nice to have the ability to wash our clothes once we had been outside. Room
