Positive: Very nice location, short walk to beach even with a disabled daughter with us. Enjoyed seeing the sound and the ocean from the same spot on deck! Close to stores, gas, restaurants. Living room/kitchen area was top notch. Leather furniture was so comfortable. [One granddaughter slept there because it was so cool, it was a very hot week]. And if you like to cook like I do there was every spice in cabinet, blender, crockpot, airfryer, toaster, etc. Once we got Spectrum there, enjoyed the large TV.

Negative: The shark room and the bedroom on bottom floor were quite warm, but the week was VERY hot, we even had to wait to go to beach in afternoon.

Summary: Would rent this home again, very conveniently located, nice art and decor, and VERY TALL!!

Positive: Location was great we could walk or bike to store or beach and very short drive for Ice cream and shopping

Negative: Be aware with small kids the sand dunes are quite unfriendly and they had difficulty climbing them but that's nothing to do with property that's same anywhere just mentioning for newbies because the walk before beach Is 2 blocks and than you have to do dunes also

Positive: The house is wonderful, if you want to feel like at home, this house will give you the feeling! The beach is nearby, everything you need for being at the beach is included in the inventory. Also the kitchen is perfectly equipped. We loved it to stay here for holidays!
