Positive: Everything Steven and Karl's place was absolutely stunning and them as hosts were amazing nothing was too much bother . The room was beautiful the bed was super comfortable everything was spotless hats off to you both. Breakfast was lovely perfect in every way, this is now the only place in Blackpool that we would stay now hidden gem.

Positive: Everything. Stephen & Karl were fantastic hosts. Their guesthouse is wonderful, v clean, v comfortable and breakfast was delicious, but it’s the hosts Stephen & Karl that make this place so special.

Positive: Wow, this B&B is in a class of its own. From our initial enquiry to us leaving (after extending our stay by an extra night), we were impressed by the standard of everything about this wonderful place and its owners. Stephen and Karl, you are shining stars. Breakfast was well cooked and served. Room was cleaned and refreshed daily. We can’t wait to return to this oasis of calm and style. Thank you both!

Positive: It was welcoming friendly they let us park our car early because we had a prior engagement in the centre of Blackpool. They took our bags up to the room before we got back. They let us park our bicycles securely it was beautifully clean.

Negative: The front entrance is full of greenery blossoms blooms beautiful you can tell it is well kept there is a lot of care and effort taken to the front of the property

Positive: From the welcome to leaving Stephen and Carl were amazing hosts, rememebering our names and referncing converstaions through the weekend, felt treatrd like friends not guests. The hotel is beautiful, a lovingly cared for Victoriana treasure trove is the best way to describe it. Beautiful furniture, pretty cushions and lamps and stunning paintings and mirrors. The bed was so comfy, the bathroom beautiful and clean. The breakfast was great with quality products used, and again all presented with beautiful victoriana era crockery, and little touches to the table like butter knives and a little salt pot with a spoon. Silver tea and coffee pots and teacups. Great location right where we needed to be, surprisingly quiet and we had our balcony window open all night, until the seagulls woke up. We had a private parking space and Carl even parked and collected our car for us. Cant wait to stay again when we are next in Blackpool. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you for a lovely stay.
