Positive: Great, isolated location; quiet, dark skies, only 15 mins drive to main town of Berwick. Plenty of room for 6, and a lovely large lawn to sit out and enjoy the view.

Negative: Found it tricky to regulate the temperature. Beds were a bit soft for our liking. Bit dusty in places. En-suite door warped so didn't close properly. None of this stopped us enjoying our stay overall.

Positive: The Long Barn is very spacious ,really well equipped and met our needs perfectly for a 3 night relaxing family holiday .Could not fault anything and so cosy and warm at all times day and night .Will definitely be back ,maybe next time in the spring or summer to make use of the outdoor facilities also

Positive: Lots of space, all the facilities we needed,very clean, great location. They put up a Christmas tree and left us tea coffee milk biscuits and Prosecco upon arrival at no extra cost.

Negative: Absolutely nothing

Summary: Probably the most impressed with this place than any other I’ve ever stayed.

Positive: The size of the barn and garden were great, perfect for 2 young lively kids. Bedrooms and storage were a good size. 2 tables in the kitchen /living area, great idea, one to eat on and one that could stay as it was for kids craft.

Negative: The main areas were clean, however, could have done with a bit of a deeper clean, under things like beds/wardrobes.
