Positive: The area was walking distance from good restaurants and night scene felt safe the loft was spacious and clean.

Negative: The water pressure was low so took longer to take showers. But the host cant control that.

Positive: -Very clean -Great communication with Property Manager -Parking available (parking lot) -Safe at night (walked everywhere) -Great decor -Washer in unit (detergent available) -Lots of towels (even beach towels) -Clean linens -Stacked kitchen -Large TV -Split units, fans -Bed sizes -Lots of storage room for clothes and hanging racks -Location -Walking distance to Lote 23, Abracadabra for brunch, Pueblo supermarket, La Placita -Driving distance to beaches (10 mins), Old San Juan (12 mins)

Negative: -No elevator or AC in the stairwell (three flights of stairs) -Bed are very squeaky -Rooms become very bright early in the morning -Rooms are not insulated, very noisy at night -Bathroom gets very hot (no AC) -Shampoo/conditioner provided (no shower gel) -Shower curtain a bit moldy
