Negative: Only slight issue is that the lift does not work from the underground car park only from the ground floor so you need to unload luggage on the street first but to have a secure underground private car park in London is a real bonus

Positive: Beautifully clean and fresh property - excellent linen and well equipped comfortable kitchen sitting room area . Andy was great - there was a problem with the lift - he was helpful and solution focussed which was much appreciated - I would definitely come back
