Negative: The house was quite cold and damp when we arrived and it took around 24 hours to warm up. There was also a damp patch on the ceiling/wall in the main bedroom

Positive: The lodge has the most stunning and beautiful views in the morning and evening - the location is easy to find and with a 10min drive to the local shops and we found lovely places to eat (very local) and were made so welcome everywhere! The lodge is warm and comfortable, has all you need in the place and felt so relaxed and happy! Especially Thai time of year (November) the autumnal vibe and views were amazing - thank you for our stay!

Positive: The location was good, short drive away from Monmouth with shops and plenty of places to eat. Easy access to main route out for visiting the wider area. Parking available and outside space was great. Welcome pack provided and lots of information on things to do.

Negative: Uncomfortable mattress in second bedroom.

Negative: Very uncomfortable bed, too soft mattress. Both rooms. Most importantly 2nd bedroom bed is not normarl std double size, probably only 4ft very small to be described as a double.
