Positive: Very well equipped room with a separate kitchen & a fridge freezer.

Negative: When we arrived the place looked like a building site. The entrance hall had dirty foot prints & the laminate floor in the room was covered in brick dust that stuck to my socks. The shower was faulty, going from hot to cold. The ensuite was tiny so we had to dry off in the room. There was a full length mirror dangerously propped up beside the bed instead of being on the wall. The bed springs creaked every time we moved & the mattress was uncomfortable.

Summary: Won't be staying here again

Positive: The Lodge is cosy, clean, comfortable and an excellent place to stay. Close to Bury St Edmund’s and surrounding areas. Easy parking, WiFi and TV streaming channels. I thoroughly enjoyed my two days stay.

Negative: There was nothing I didn’t like!

Summary: A wonderful place for a mini break.

Positive: The hist is lovely, she took time to show me round the property and make sure I knew where everything was. There was extensive tea, coffee, biscuits, croissant options waiting for me, water in a little fridge (the kitchen is being refurbished), a huge TV with Netflix etc, and a big soft bed. There was a great size wardrobe, and a little breakfast table and chairs. Care has been taken with the decor, there were even some sweet Spring/Easter decorations.

Negative: The bathroom floor is freezing, thankfully I had slippers, and that genuinely was the only negative for this property. It is in the middle of housing development, so there is noise during the day, but in the evening and overnight it's a very peaceful area.

Positive: Friendliness and hospitality of host. Very welcoming. Gave information about area. Very good provisions with coffee and snacks. Lovely towels in bathroom. Cosy and comfortable bed and good to access.ideal for onward journey to airport. Near A14.

Positive: I had a perfect stay at the lodge. Ana is wonderful and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely love to stay again. The lodge is so well thought out, clean and comfortable. I felt very relaxed there and the bed is so comfy! Thank you so much Ana xx

Positive: Everything.. Ana has thought of all the essentials as well as the little details too .. the bed was comfy and it was just a nice little cozy space all round. I was a solo female traveller and I felt safe and welcomed to their lodge also.. I will definitely be returning and become a regular !
