Summary: Our first stay at Primland Resort was beautiful, peaceful, and fun. Our second honeymoon after 20 years was better than our first. The Service was wonderful, the food, impeccable, we had privacy, yet met many wonderful people. We will be back!

Summary: By far the best stay at a resort we’ve had. Everything about our experience was phenomenal from our room, to the views, food, amenities, excursions, and customers service. We were blown away by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They were very accommodating and made our experience even more enjoyable. We didn’t want to leave! This will be an annual spot for our family to return to. Worth every penny!

Summary: We had a lovely stay of three nights in the Pinnacle Oriole cabin. Our unit was exceptional! The view was stunning! It was very clean, and housekeeping took good care of us. Just wish there was a microwave in our kitchen! The only improvement that could have made our stay better, is a little more information from the concierge desk about the accessibility of the walking trails from our unit to the lodge. We drove back and forth many times, before discovering that the walk would have been quicker. The front desk should also be sure to mention that there is a safe in our unit, as we assumed there was, but couldn’t find it until the morning we were packing up to leave. Our stay was, otherwise, over and beyond great! From the valet guys, to the servers, to the golf staff, RTV staff, and the sweet observatory employee, everything was exceptional. Would love to come back and enjoy some of the activities that we did not get a chance to do!

Summary: This was my first visit. The Primland is a piece of heaven. The drive up the mountain and long trip past the gate leaves you with the feeling that you are leaving this world and entering another. The lodge and cottages create the perfect blend of rustic and luxury. The views are spectacular. Driving a golf cart from the cottage to the lodge is another aspect of being untethered to the reality of transportation. This sets a new standard for get-a-ways!

Summary: I can't fault my stay at this hotel - the staff were wonderful, the location beautiful, the hotel itself clean, functional and yet so cosy! The activities were great, we went on ATVs and had some of the best spa treatments I have ever had (I had a facial and a signature massage). The restaurant was also lovely, the tasting menu was absolutely spectacular. The Maple glazed chicken wings from the pub should definitely be sampled by anyone visiting! The gounds are gorgeous with some lovely walking routes into the forest mixing from easy, moderate and hard trails. I would recomend hotel to anyone and everyone - a great way to spend a relaxing few days.

Summary: We were 2 weeks in the US, and Primland was our best stay. The Hotel is luxurious, and at a great location. The whole concept was fantastic! Big room with modern facilties, excellent restaurant The Elements (special mention and thanks to waiter Stenson), great spa with steam and suana, easy access to hikijng trials. If you're in the vicinity, stay there, I highly recommend it.
