Positive: The room was super clean and everyone was quiet in the night. It felt safe and comfortable. The ambience is really cool.

Negative: No elevator. The air conditioning in the room was a bit loud.

Positive: The private room was clean and I liked it was at the end of the hall and I didn't have another room adjoining mine so it was quiet. The staff members were courteous and helpful, such as with directions and with calling my car when I wanted to go to the airport.

Negative: The Kitchen was full of flies, I had to cover anything I had to keep them off as I prepared food. Other residents left a lot of junk in the drain catches and crumbs on the counters. Every time I washed something I ended up emptying the drain traps. 2 bananas and some turkey cold cuts I had in the kitchen with a name label on them were taken.

Summary: The stay was good. The private room was great, but there were a few issues with the communal kitchen

Positive: Clean comfortable quite budget choice close to underground station nice amenities

Negative: There’re some flies in the kitchen. The staff has put the flies killer, but it doesn’t seem to kill them all. Hope they can find a way to minimize the number of flies in it.

Positive: Very good location, the metro is close and there are a few groceries around.

Negative: Very minor things which would make the place much more comfortable * there could be a personal space over the bed and a shelf to put your phone on while you charge it. * also having a shelf in the shower would be a good thing. * clearer zone splitting where you can eat and where you can't.

Summary: Good locations, good place but requires some love to make it super comfortable.
