The Cozy Loft (Cottage 5) is perched atop a path of stone steps and it consists of an open, studio-style space of about 250 square feet with a kitchen and dining area. It also has a bathroom with shower, a small loft, and an open porch. It has a double bed and sleeps two.

The cottages are behind our house, on a dead-end, residential street, across from the Niantic River, so the atmosphere is peaceful. The cottages are a cozy space with an authentic "cottage" feel, but it also have the modern necessities: tv, wireless access, and air conditioning.
Guests in our cottages have access to the boat launch in our cul-de-sac, perfect for kayaks, canoes, and other small crafts.
We have owned the cottages since 2004, we live on-site and we are available to address any problems via phone or text.
Our area of the Connecticut shoreline is a vibrant, lively area. There are lots of things to do for both adults and children. It is also a short drive away from Old Lyme and from Mystic, but without their price tag. Just a few of the most popular things: Downtown Niantic, Harkness Memorial State Park, Eugene O'Neill Theatre, Mystic Aquarium, and the Florence Griswold Museum. There is also fishing, hiking, and the beach.
The cottage has parking for one vehicle, and possibly two if we have room (ask when you book). The New London train station is maybe ten-fifteen minutes away. Lyft also operates in the area.
Our TV provider is a streaming service which includes a wide range of channels and networks.
