Positive: The villa is new, modern, and very clean with a private pool, kitchenette, fast Wi-Fi, and Netflix. The staff are extremely friendly and the owner,l who we met personally is very helpful and taking good care of his guest by arranging transport, tours, and even discounts on activities using his memberships and connections. The location is calm and perfect for relaxing, with lovely touches like honeymoon decorations and floating breakfast.

Negative: Not many places are within walking distance, but transport and delivery options are easy to arrange.

Positive: The best villa I have ever stayed in! Pure luxury with everything you could ask for from great TVs in both the living room and bedroom to a spotlessly clean space that feels like home. The pool is stunning, the area is perfect, and the vibes are simply unmatched. Breakfast was also delicious. After a terrible experience at a hotel in Seminyak, I was nervous about what my next place would be like but the moment I walked in here, all my worries disappeared. It’s such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. I originally booked for 2 days but loved it so much that I wanted to book another day but unfortunately it was already booked. Honestly, I regret not booking a longer stay from the start. If you’re coming to Bali, don’t make the same mistake book for a longer day at this villa because you won’t want to leave. Anyone who stays here will have an amazing time. ❤️

Positive: This is a 800 square meter villa with private pool and fully furnished including washing machine. Located in between Ubud and Kintamani is perfect for people exploring the mountains up north but close enough to the centre of ubud and the convenience that it comes with it.

Positive: Beautiful villa, very clean and comfortable. Luxurious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast delivered every morning. Restaurant by same owners just up the road that delivered dinner to villa if ordered.

Negative: Bit of a drive to Ubud centre but the staff were very happy to drive us there for a fee

Positive: Wow! The villa presents as brand new, it was immaculate! Fully-furnished and tastefully appointed, with everything you need including a huge TV, A/C, good WiFi & fully equipped kitchen. The pool is well filtered and the water quality was excellent. There is a lush lawn too and undercover, secure, off-street parking, all of which is in a walled & gated enclosure for total privacy and security. The restaurant is a short walk up the street (~100 m) and serves authentic Balinese food at very reasonable prices. Room service is available at the villa, and the included breakfast was second-to-none. The manager is a super friendly and obliging guy who, along with the other staff, made our stay truly memorable and ensured everything was perfect. Housekeeping kept the villa clean & tidy while remaining inconspicuous, which we considered to be very professional. It is fairly centrally located in the village of Keliki, which is about 14km by road north of Ubud, and we found it very peaceful. I highly recommend staying here both for it's excellent value for money, and great location to access Ubud and surrounding attractions with ease. The manager (Koko) also runs a very successful tour business and is a gold-mine of local knowledge, which was of invaluable assistance during our brief stay. We will definitely be going back!

Negative: I can't think of anything to criticise, everything was so perfect. I suppose if you were hoping for a great view then this is not the place, but it's location in the village has other advantages which more than compensate.

Positive: We loved every moment of our stay. The room, bathroom, the living room was lovely and they have washing machine in the villa. The private kitchen is very clean. Definitely a place we'd love to visit again..
