Negative: Had requested a high floor but was put on the 3rd floor with a view of the dumpsters and much street noise.

Positive: The bed is very comfortable. The beddings are made of real good cottons and are very comfy. The suite has a lot of space, and the furniture are comfortable and convenient.

Negative: The view from the window is some property's backyard with trash cans. No parking place.
