Negative: Just a couple of things, shower in en suite had a leak which manifested itself in door of living room, but my biggest gripe was oven door did not shut/seal properly which is an issue as we used oven ,both the fridge and freezer were extremely poor definitely not the standard you would expect from a property of this calibre the fridge freezer was missing shelves and door shelves and it could have done with a deep clean the pads around the seal were filthy (not acceptable)and freezer needed defrosting as did the fridge,fridge in kitchen also needed a deep clean this is vital when putting any food in places

Positive: Clean and spacious. Very comfy beds. Decorated for Christmas which was lovely. Netflix available which the kids were very pleased about!! Overall glad I booked the house, was just what we needed.

Negative: The windows really need replacing, they sounded like they were open even when shut and situated on an A road so traffic was heard clearly. Oven door doesn't shut properly so food needed a little longer to warm through. Sofas aren't the comfiest.

Summary: Some things need updating/replacing but didn't affect the stay and glad I booked
