Positive: Good little kitchenette with stovetop and mini fridge. Heat pump is good. Comfortable bedding and powerful shower. Cute friendly cat visited me each morning. Several cats and I attracted the friendliest one to me. I love cats. Nice trees around and quite private. Thank you very much for having me stay :)

Positive: The location is great, a small 15-20 minute walk to Browns Bay. It's quite a hilly route so if you plan on walking be prepared for some undulation. The room had everything needed for a stopover with adequate on-road parking in the cul-de-sac. Easy to find and a private entrance around the side of the main house.

Negative: There was quite a strong smell of ammonia upon arrival. During the first night I found the culprit meowing at the glass door, not too bad if you're a cat lover. I also woke up on the second day to someone looking in through the glass door - probably checking to see if I'd vacated the property but would rather have the full privacy for my stay.
