Positive: I liked the overall neatness and cleanliness and vibe of the place. It doesnt feel like a hotel. Rather like a home .....which is really nice......
Negative: There was nothing that I did not like.

Positive: the room was lovely and the bathroom was beautiful. i only stayed overnight. good location if you like going to the beach often.
Negative: the only thing i didnt like was the host asking me for id, that was ok i guess, but taking photos of my id was not necessary. with identity theft being a realistic concern in the modern world, i get unnerved when unnecessary pictures of my documents are created. i am not suggesting the host did that, i am just pointing out that it seemed pointless and upsetting. the room had already been paid for so i could have used any name i wanted.

Positive: Spacious clean bedroom and bathroom
Negative: The bath did not have a plug thus we couldn't bath. The towel heating rail did not work. In winter time this would be a problem.

Positive: Modern, clean, comfortable home. Quiet area.
Negative: Did not have a good first impression of the host. Asked for my identification and then took a screenshot of it. He then wanted to know what time I was leaving. All reasonable requests in a way but could have been done with better manners to a paying guest.
