Summary: Great hotel. Expensive but quality and worth the money. Spa is fabulous but a shame the sauna/steam rooms are not mixed male and female. Location is good, particularly for Chelsea flower show and Harrods

Summary: The butler service is outstanding. Additionally I love the quaintness of the bar and even when sitting alone, everyone is attentive and makes you feel appreciated and comfortable. All staff are friendly and highly professional. For the vintage "English" feeling, stay at the Lanesborough. Next time I'll visit the spa and pool.
