Positive: The location and the rooms were spacious than most of the contemporary properties. The buffet and the service in the restaurant was amazing and excellent.

Negative: The room service and other customer related services right from reception should be improved. I felt that the purpose of keeping the intercom in room was a waste as most of the calls meant to connect for services were unanswered.
