Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on either veranda watching kangaroos and amazing bird life. During our holiday we identified over 45 different bird species in the garden and on the lake while kayaking. Fantastic.

Summary: The house felt 'homely' and relaxing from the start. It had everything we needed. Lots of grass to play or relax on. Comfortable beds. The window in the dining room frames the lake really well and is a nice spot to write or reflect. Easy walk to the shops and the water. Nice spots for safe water activities: SUP, kayak, swimming. Lovely, understanding host. 'Twas good.

Summary: We loved our stay at Burrill Lake. We had a last minute change to our holiday plans which meant we had to book somewhere a week before Christmas, and this was one of the only properties available on the South Coast. So glad it was! The home has had a nice modern reno done, and the back yard is huge, backing onto the lake. Lots of lovely birds and roos eating on the lawns. Thanks Alia for the great communication and little touches like the info booklet that even told us an Aboriginal cave is only metres from the house. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Alia's property in Burrill Lake. The property is in a beautiful location and you have private access to the lake. Despite the rain, we were still able to fish and go for a walk in the national Park to see the Caves (which is right next door). Alia is an incredibly host - very attentive, responsive and generous. She went above and beyond to make us feel like home and answered all of our questions. You have everything you need here to have a relaxing, peaceful time away. We will be back!
