Positive: The views are truly breathtaking and simply priceless. The food is exceptional, and the spa facilities are outstanding. I also enjoyed one of the best massages I have ever experienced.

Negative: The staff were extremely friendly and courteous; however, there were simply not enough team members available to provide an appropriate level of service in the lobby. The concierge service, in particular, was disappointing. On several occasions, our WhatsApp messages went unanswered. Furthermore, a water taxi that had been confirmed for us failed to arrive due to a communication error on the concierge’s side. There were consistently long queues at both the lobby and the concierge desk. At a hotel where rooms cost approximately €2,500 per night, guests should reasonably expect prompt and efficient service. Another point of concern was the swimming pool closing at 6:00 PM. Nearly all sunbeds were still occupied, yet guests were asked to leave despite the pleasant weather and ample sunshine remaining. This policy felt unnecessarily restrictive and detracted from the overall guest experience. The bathroom offered very limited counter or storage space for personal items such as toiletry bags, which ultimately had to be placed on the floor. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was noticeably low. Finally, the sound insulation of the balcony doors and windows was inadequate. Vehicles frequently drove past at high speeds during the night, generating significant noise in the rooms facing the road and negatively impacting sleep quality.

Summary: Beautiful views, excellent food, and very helpful staff but roomrates too high for level of service.

Positive: From start to finish a dream to experience. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are absolutely stunning as is the hotel. I intend to come here more often and would totally recommend this hotel. The breakfast is a 10 out of ten! The roomservice as well!
